that "cold one" has no english equivalent...

"Cold One" it's just a phrase indicating that a joke is not funny (in TW reference)

"gg" is short for "good game". people use it after a match with another person in online gaming.

oh and...sometimes "gg" is used outside the context of good sportsmanship. like in miko's case, gg'ing something means he "pwn'ed" (the act of dominating an opponent. synonym = schooled) the said something with a tone of superiority.
